We know getting sizes right across a whole team isn't always easy. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that doesn't fit, with free returns within Sweden - just reach out and we'll send you a return label. (Full return conditions are in our business terms below.)
Once you've approved your quote, we'll send an invoice. As soon as it's settled, your order ships - smaller orders usually within 1–2 business days, larger orders within a few days more - and you'll receive a tracking link to follow it to your door.

Terms and Conditions for Business Purchases
1. General
These terms apply to business customers purchasing in the course of their business from R59 AB, company reg. no. 559139-3862, Björnsonsgatan 171, 168 43 Bromma, Sweden ("Koltrast"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that these terms apply. Any deviations must be agreed in writing.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Volume discounts apply by separate agreement. Koltrast reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel such orders.
3. Orders and agreement
Orders are placed via quote and confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed when the customer has received an order confirmation from Koltrast. Koltrast reserves the right to decline an order or any part of it.
4. Payment and credit check
Payment is made against invoice on agreed terms. Koltrast reserves the right to carry out standard credit checks and, where necessary, to limit invoice payment or require advance payment. The products remain the property of Koltrast until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Sweden. Smaller orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of the confirmed order. For larger orders, processing time may be longer, normally up to 3–5 business days, depending on the size of the order. You will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the size of the order and the season.
6. Returns and exchanges
The customer has a 30-day right of return, calculated from the delivery date. Returns within Sweden are free of charge - contact us at contact@koltrast.co for a return label.
For a return to be approved, the following applies:
1. The product must be in new and undamaged condition, with all original parts and original packaging.
2. Orders with a value exceeding SEK 25,000 are not covered by the free right of return; returns are subject to separate written agreement with Koltrast.
3. For exchanges: return the original item and place a new order.
7. Complaints
The customer must inspect the goods on receipt. Any faults or defects must be reported in writing to contact@koltrast.co within fourteen (14) days of receipt. In the event of transport damage, the damage must be documented with photographs and reported within three (3) days. All packaging must be kept until the complaint has been resolved.
8. Liability
Koltrast's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Koltrast is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, loss of production, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through dialogue between the parties, and thereafter by the Swedish general courts.
