Shipping policy

Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver to addresses within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Delivery Times

We ship your apparel within 1–2 business days once your order has been confirmed. Estimated delivery times thereafter are:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the season (e.g., autumn/winter), weather conditions, and carrier workload.

Non-heated apparel is produced on demand and may require additional processing time before delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

These costs are covered by the customer, as all orders are shipped from Sweden. Any applicable shipping fee will be automatically added to your cart after you enter the delivery address.

Delivery Methods

We cooperate with PostNord, Schenker, and DHL. Delivery options include:

  • Mailbox (if possible)
  • Service point / collection point
  • Home delivery (for larger packages or express deliveries)

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.

Delivery of Batteries

If your heated apparel includes battery packs, these are shipped under special transport regulations. This may affect shipping options and delivery times. Batteries are always sent with a trackable shipment and cannot be left in a mailbox.

Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect your package within the specified time (usually 7 days), it will be returned to us. A fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Transport Damages

Always check the package upon receipt. In the case of visible damage, report this directly to the carrier and document the damage with photos. Please also contact us within 3 days so we can assist you further.

Delays

In the event of a significant delay not caused by you, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. We will always contact you if we discover that delivery is at risk of being delayed.

Environmental Responsibility

We strive for sustainable deliveries through cooperation with carriers that offer climate-compensated shipping. Our packaging is recyclable.
