Refund policy

By making a purchase from, and using, this website you agree to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms before using our site.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you provide the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email, as it serves as proof of purchase and will facilitate any future contact with our customer service team.

Campaign Codes

Campaign codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase has been made. Please ensure the code is entered correctly and that the discount is reflected before completing your order.

Ordering

Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent, or otherwise fraudulent orders, will be reported to the authorities.
Koltrast reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices, and cancel sales. If a price is incorrect, Koltrast may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid.

Taxes

All prices shown on www.koltrast.co include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Please note that if an order is shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, collected once the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for paying these fees. Koltrast has no control over such charges, as they vary between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Returns

Koltrast offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. You may use your product as intended during the 30-day trial period. If you decide it’s not for you, simply return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund:

• The item must be clean and undamaged.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• All original parts and accessories must be included

Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted. Since our warehouse is located in Sweden, we offer free returns within Sweden; please contact customer support for a return label. For international returns, customs fees may apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order separately.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any specific reason. As with other returns, the item must be unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not.

• If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
